She is the daughter of the King of thieves and a little mischievous darling. Due to the status of her father and herself, most people tried not to get involved with her just in case they accidentally upset her and in turn her father. This in addition to her father's over protectiveness, she doesn't really get out much nor does she have a lot of friends around her age. However this all changes when she meets two younger thieves, Lene and Jade, who became her new babysitter.

Cynthia is young and has a speech impediment where she can't pronounce her "R's". This might be just something with age and she'll probably grow out of it in the future. She is daddy's little girl and due to the death of her mother when she was only two, her father watches over her like a hawk and is the pride and joy of his life. So that's her!
